WA Half 18 m
The half 18-metre round is the full indoor format cut down the middle: ten ends of three on the 40 cm face, 30 arrows, maximum 300. The distance, the face and the three-arrow rhythm are identical to the full round — only the length changes. That makes it the natural fit for a club evening where the line has to turn over twice, or for an archer building back after a layoff who wants a real score without sixty arrows of fatigue in it. Doubling a half-round score gives a fair estimate of full-round form early on, though the comparison flatters most archers: the second half of a 60-arrow round is where concentration usually goes.
